Garage Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Before & After

Pent-Style Garage Roof Replacement

BEFORE
This garage roof was in a bad condition. It was leaking and the interior was suffering from damp and mould.
Many garages like this have an asbestos roof. We are licensed to remove asbestos as we are registered with SEPA. The garage roof was replaced with a Pent-style roof.

AFTER
The new garage roof below is made from galvanised steel roof sheets coated with Plastisol. These high tech roof sheets have a felt underlay which helps reduce condensation and provides an attractive internal finish. We also fitted steel Plastisol facias. Both the roof and facias are matching Goosewing Grey.

Apex-style Garage Roof Replacement

BEFORE
This garage had an Apex-style roof replaced. This apex style garage roof was mouldy and leaking. The owner wanted a new weather-proof roof. The old roof was removed leaving the frame intact.

AFTER
The roof is finished and is now weather-proof. Below is a view from above the finished roof. The garage is now sealed and completely waterproof.

Roof Replacement With Translucent Perspex Sheets

BEFORE
A client asked us to fit corrugated Perspex sheets with some translucent panels on their garage. The result is great.

AFTER
The translucent panels provide some natural light in the garage which makes it a bright, pleasant place to be during the day.

I would highly recommend Garage Roof Scotland. From my initial contact with Paul with my enquiry about my garage roof which contained asbestos to him supplying a quote and completion of the work, took roughly around a month. Paul was very accommodating to my specific needs and even arranged a skip for me. Nothing was too much bother which I really appreciated.

Paul and his team worked very hard on the day and even completed the work ahead of schedule. Paul estimated the work would take 2 days and it was completed in one.

Thanks Paul and to your team, I very much appreciate all your hard work and kind assistance. I now don’t have an eyesore or embarrassing garage to deal with!

Kind regards,
Lorraine

Really thrilled with the work that Paul and his crew from Garage Roof Scotland did in removing our asbestos roof garage. Great communication, friendly and professional from the first time I messaged. Where other companies were slow to respond and give quotes, Paul sent me all the info I needed right away. On the day they showed up bang on time and had the garage demolished by lunchtime. Everything was cleaned up, swept and hosed down. I was impressed with how efficient they were. Highly recommended!

We are happy to recommend Paul and his team. They quickly replaced our old car port roof which contained asbestos with corrugated steel. Paul also fitted two transparent Perspex sections which made the car port even brighter. They also cleared up thoroughly afterward. A competent professional team!

I had put off replacing my asbestos garage roof for years. This year I set about finding someone who could do a job at a reasonable price. I came across Garageroofscotland in a Google search and found that their website to be straight forward and informative. In reality it set my mind at rest that I would be dealing with a good company which would come out and do the job without any fuss.
I requested a quote and within a short space of time Paul was back to me with a rundown on how the job would progress. After furnishing him with photo's and dimentions of the roof Paul was again quick of the mark with a quote which I accepted.
On the day the guys arrived on time and ready to get started, just as they said they would. The worked hard during the day and had the old asbestos roof off and a new roof in place within 6 hrs. It was mid afternoon when they departed with their trailler loaded with the old asbestos sheets.
To say that I was pleased with their work is an understatement, I'm absolutly delighted and now wonder why I had put it off for so long. I now have a dry asbestos free garage.
If you are in the market for a new garage roof, give these guys a call, I doubt whether you'll find a better company to deal with. They do what they say they'll do and charge a very fair price for their work.
